          Our website does not  incorporate privacy controls as we do not  store personal data online.
2. Information we collect
Personal data
          We may process your account data ("account data") which includes your name , address and email address . The account data may be processed for the purposes of operating our website, providing our services, ensuring the security of our website and services and communicating with you.
          Your personal data includes the information you provide when you sign up for an account or sign up to receive our emails Examples of this personal data include your name, your email address, contact and/or employee names; and any correspondence when you contact us. It could also include your bank account details and bank transaction details (if it identifies a person)

            We do not collect financial data of any sort. Our website acts as a gateway to uploading and downloading information to and from HMRC through APIs. There is therefore no requirement for us to collect financial data of any kind in order to run our service.

            We monitor each time you log in to ensure that the service that you paid for has been made available.

            We use your personal data to enable us to register you and provide you with access to our services.
            We do not process your data for marketing purposes.

(a)     Account data and personal data will be retained for a maximum period of one year after you cancel your account    or       you may delete the data immediately upon cancellation.
          (b)    In the case that it is not possible for us to specify in advance the periods for which your accounts data will be retain , the period of retention of accounts data and personal data will be determined as follows :-
i) If we have lost contact with you and are unable to get any response using your email address, telephone, or postal address we will retain all your data no longer than a year after registration
                        ii) If there is a dispute ,we will retain the data for as long as necessary to resolve the dispute.                            
7. You can delete your data at any time
You have the option to ask us to delete all of your data at any time . This option cancels and deletes your account
8. We don't store your credit card details
Any payment details that you provide is not stored on our system. That information goes directly to our payment service provider  over an encrypted link .
